Chapelle de Saint-Bonnet

Difficult to rate this place since the chapel can only be observed from the outside (no visit). On the other hand, the reason why the place is magic is the panorama it offers towards the East: at the end of the day and the days when the weather changes (the humidity then plays a role of magnifying glass), the chain des Alpes is just magnificent, from the northernmost Mont Blanc (it is about 150 km) to the Ecrins massif further south. Many departures and passages for walks (on foot and mountain bike) along the chain of ridges pass through the chapel and the nearby car park. Unmissable in the region if you are a lover of nature and grandiose panoramas ... therefore recommended! PS: sometimes a little too busy on weekends ... Come at sunset it's much quieter 😉!

Nice walk in the forest before reaching the chapel. Magnificent and relaxing panorama seen from above. Several hiking trails start from the chapel, bring good shoes

Nice 40-minute walk but the chapel is in very poor condition.
