Hridaya Yoga France

If you want to do yoga go for it ! This experience was over all my expectations. I went there to do yoga and I met a beautiful and warm community with a giant heart. True love and peacefulness are in the air. I also had so much more activities : spirituality, pranayama, extactic danse, questions and answer with the founder, philosophy, poetry... The price is too much affordable and this is the first time I wrote this in a review! Ahaha This experience changes lifes, opens hearts and had no price. I will come back every summer really!

These three weeks were truly a gift of Grace. I have literally found my second family. My heart is holding so much love and gratitude for the warmth of the community, the inspiring and transformative mix of teachings, the beauty, the connection, the stillness, the depth, the truth, the love. Home is where Hridaya is!

Words are not enough to describe my experience at this wonderful place and all those wonderful people. It became a new home for me.

As I am walking through the chateau, sitting in meditation, moving in the asana’s, pondering over inspiring lectures and books, eating healthy food, wandering through the forest and feeling thankful for the teachers and karma yogi’s that nourish this place with their authenticity and love, I am Here. Now. As this is the invitation, to rest in the Heart. And for this invitation I am endlessly grateful and happy!

This yoga and meditation centre is perfectly located on a hill top in the forest, with views over the surrounding countryside. You can practise yoga, learn to meditate, or simply stay for a few days to take some time out. This is THE place to come to when you want to learn how to live with an open heart and practise conscious loving as a life-style choice.
