New Forez Clinic

My uncle was admitted to the Clinique Nouvelle du Forez and I am delighted. There is a serious service, a very professional team and listens to the patient and the family. It reassured me to know my uncle at Clinique Nouvel. In addition there is a very nice and shady park in the summer. He also appreciated the afternoon "workshop", he talks to everyone.

Very good rehabilitation (physiotherapy, APA gym classes, balneotherapy ...) Staff do their best but not always available at the time of the toilet before going to rehabilitation. Special mention for the professionalism of Madame Petit.

My grandmother stayed at the Clinic. She was very well received and very happy with the care she received. His re-education went very well thanks to the various professionals. Establishment nice and quiet.

The stay at this Clinic can be nice on some points but many negatives anyway ... Automatic distribution of doliprane without knowing if the patient has pain or not and where is the pain. No real consultation by the doctor. Rehabilitation is done according to the wishes of the staff in other words not very often. Otherwise, side meal, they are very good. The staff is still nice and smiling. Structure level of the structures: balneotherapy remains a little more. But the toilets / bathrooms are not equipped for wheelchairs or walkers is a big drawback in a place of rehabilitation. The site is nice to walk around. The change of staff in the floors is also difficult when the patient gets used to some and they are forced to have others especially when they do not really know the pathology of the patient.
