Intervention carried out on our front door on 02.05.19.
We made a comparison of three quotes and decided to retain the one of Richard & fils for the following reasons:
=>Speed of handling our request. (Quotation sent in less than an hour with a fixed price TTC)
=>Use of new communication tools, in this case Whatapp (Accelerated exchanges with our interlocutor, live response from him)
=>Flexibility of agendas, intervention carried out on a Thursday at 7:30 pm.
=>Very friendly and professional technician.
Glad to see that there are still real professionals in the IDF region.

Technician not professional at all.
He changed my front door and it was not a good fit because the frois was going through the door. The technician was a GUIGNOL. Exorbitant price. Mostly a company not to be recommended. The technician is not an applied craftsman. After his first visit, the finishes were poorly done. After his second visit, he verbally assaulted me. Especially if you want a job well done don't go home

Not to spoil anything, they are very nice.

No particular problems: cellar door quickly repaired at the advertised price (350 €), by a competent professional. Nothing to say either about the staff of the shop who were always cordial.
The locksmith called urgently for a slammed door shows us a price of € 600. He then tells us that it is impossible to open with a radio and that you have to dismantle the cylinder. He writes on the invoice that the door is locked which is obviously wrong. Result? € 1,221 to be paid. Then he suggests replacing the lock and a set of keys. I ask the price 1700 and a few, when I say that we will wait tomorrow, he replies that he can offer me an arrangement ... It was enough for me, outside the con artist!
