The 1st time I brought my vehicle back everything went well, in the end I thought my car was driving great and since I took it to Morel, problem after problem, 1st time 600 euros for 4 springs, 2 weeks after my car shaking a lot, I took it home, caliper, pad, disc, 950eu invoice, I had just 2 weeks ago to go through their garage I asked them if something else had to be done and said no and 2 weeks later I have everything to do. So I still trust them and take my car home on a Thursday to change the whole braking system, I get the vehicle back on Friday, and since I have 2 other cars, I don't use it on weekends, Monday morning I takes it and while driving I hear a loud noise and the steering wheel in front of hard and Christmas tree at the meter, so I bring it back to morel again unhappy, it barely takes 2 seconds and tells me that my pulley has gone lock, and the accessory belt, I ask her how come she just came out of your garage again and you didn't see anything? He then gives me the invoice for the 1150th repairs !! Desperate and angry I decided not to repair it any more, but I still tried to call other garage, and to my surprise and good surprise the repairs cost me 157 euros parts and labor and morel him to claim me 1150eu, 10 x more expensive. This is when I understood that they were doing me backwards from the start, I don't go there anymore but I wanted to share my bad experience with them.
