An agency as we rarely see ... No heating in 2018, but collective heating bill which increases to reach 1200 € the year for a 30m2 (without it being heated ..) More than a month to change a light bulb on the stairs, it was the neighbor who had to do it in the end ... When we always call the same sentence, with all the tenants "weird, you are the only ones complaining" (the neighbor calls 5 minutes later and the same answer) Their professionalism goes until we meet people we do not know at the checkout of a store who tell us without knowing it to flee this agency ... Loads that increase each year but obviously we wonder why it is ... To flee

I went through it about 8 years ago to buy a house and then 4 years ago to buy an apartment the unpleasant saleswoman and did not want to work at all. Another time a friend came to this agency and he was sent for a walk by the person who welcomed him because she felt without speaking to him that he did not have the means because he was young. We bought a property that this agency had in rental management. Result: loss of time and incompetence. The staff are condescending and the files empty! Only wind .... Do not waste time with them, they are zero. Very bad experience which apparently did not only happen to us.

Very friendly and attentive staff. A real follow-up of trustee files very pleasant. I recommend.
