The fines department are incapable !! I have been spending 6 months seeing them to regularize documents. Not even able to register the correct mailing address, the mails always go to the wrong address and according to them this is false (people strongly suggest that I am lying despite the evidence and supporting documents in front of them). They look down on you and don't let you speak (I quote "I don't want to hear you speak"). They laugh in your face and speak loudly so that everyone can listen (confidentiality ?!). They were 3 in front of a single and pregnant woman to take her from high and to speak loudly as impossible without letting others speak. No solution provided, very unpleasant and lacking in tact. Big signs of discrimination have been shown !! Very deplorable to see that in 2020 we are still facing cases like this. If the discussion had been undertaken calmly and even if it meant taking part in a room in order to speak calmly and not gathered all the colleagues to add more cases and speak loudly so that everyone could hear, the opinion given would have been different. . Unfortunately, the latter believe that by working on taxes they can afford to treat people as incapable and look down on them.

Impossible to join even at the so-called opening hours ... Anyway we don't change a winning team !!!!!!! Deplorable

Very welcoming dynamic staff

A lot of waiting, employees not always pleasant and especially watching you wait without offering to come to their office. The other day, only one wicket open while 5 other agents were in their office and we were a dozen to poirot ... An organization to review I think for a better reception. Ditto for the person at the reception that day, no smile, no hello ...

good luck to reach them, even during the so-called opening hours, nobody answers ...
