The woman at the reception this morning at 9:30 was very unpleasant, I ask if she can help me because I do not know how to fill a paper she says "no" and that I do not have to get by. Very unpleasant and speaks in a derogatory tone. She forgets that she talks to the client about the bank that employs her

The welcome and impeccable politeness, but that's not everything; they took 1 month to replace a defective bank card, not to mention the input errors :( Incompetent!
