Having bought a battery powered electric mower, I quite quickly encountered a problem with the start and safety control. It was returned to the store, which sent it to a maintenance company about twenty kilometers away. After several weeks (of grass growing) the mower came back on. Fixed. But no. Because during the next mowing, the problem recurred. The staff of the departments, very nice, then examined the machine, and thought they had found the fault. A piece of badly trimmed plastic. Yes, but no ... The security system is still not working. And as the brand no longer exists in the store, it is impossible to have an exchange for a new mower. So this store manages to make you lose the manufacturer's warranty by not implementing the appropriate solutions. Instead of doing it as an immediate replacement, it sends the material to an incompetent service provider, who keeps you the material for a long time, and so is life. So apart from buying screws and bolts, stay away from this sign.

Very good store for DIY, they have everything you need. To recommend without hesitation.

The store is pretty cool, but the service is very average. We had come for a lot of furniture, on the gondola there is written "in stock" we call a seller ... who is slow to come and he tells us, looking rather disinterested that what we are looking for is more available ... and go. Too bad ... we left everything on the shelf and left ... I do not recommend this store. And the other spokes are full of holes.
