This organization is to be avoided because of its incompetence and its lack of serious monitoring of its tenants. We wonder how the leaders are chosen because they are not up to their responsibilities.

They have work done without taking over electricity contracts from a supplier. Suddenly compulsory paid intervention because cut on the spot (due to fraudulent consumption noted by EDF), and we find ourselves having to pay for the consumption of work
