I have been living in a T1 bis in Les Plessis for 3 years. My accommodation regularly encounters problems. My intercom hasn't been working for 3 months because of the phone. The electric curtains leading to the balcony get stuck or come down on their own. The guards are in the know, know my address and phone number for 2 months. Nothing was done.

It would be wise to be able to put zero stars, one is already too many. Since Moulins Habitat became Evolea, the quality of services has become anecdotal. Whatever the phone number, reception, technical service or other and whatever the time, no answer despite an hour spent waiting. Music on hold and transfer message repeated over and over again without any results. Maybe there is a break between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.? In this case it would be good to warn us.

If it could give zero, it would be better. Do not answer the phone, leaving you out of heating because the lady has "forgotten" to make a claim. When you are received it is as if you were one less than nothing. Very unpleasant people who work at the customer's head and swabbing. Two years of waiting and still no apartment. it is absolutely abnormal to be received in this way by the claims department on site; one of the agents appears out of nowhere when we chat with her colleague, talks to us less than to dogs, with her cynical air and makes us understand to leave; she refuses to make an appointment with the director; I confirm what has already been written by another tenant; but I don't know the name of this character! is she not paid to receive the tenants? especially since it was not she who received me in this case
