I have been living in a T1 bis in Les Plessis for 3 years. My accommodation regularly encounters problems. My intercom hasn't been working for 3 months because of the phone. The electric curtains leading to the balcony get stuck or come down on their own. The guards are in the know, know my address and phone number for 2 months. Nothing was done.

It would be wise to be able to put zero stars, one is already too many. Since Moulins Habitat became Evolea, the quality of services has become anecdotal.
