Help, run away !!!!! Whether as an owner or as a tenant !!! Family agency that does not know how to do its job. No word on the announced deadlines. Departure in February and regularization of charges in November, who do we care ??? In short, bad at first when arriving which has been confirmed over the years ... Delighted to be done with this agency ...

Common charges retained with ABUS. No electricity if not short circuit, mowing lawns for winter, cleaning of stairs by tenants ... Is this really normal? No and around € 150 of household waste for 1 person for 5 months ...

I do not recommend this agency at all: rent increase which I have not been warned then not returned deposit but yet perfect inventory. To avoid at all costs !!!

If you can avoid this agency avoid it because they are not listening at all. I have very bad memories because of my experience with them in 2013. Staff in bad faith who is right here to touch his commission.
