Very warm welcome in this agency, the director took the time to explain and guide my wife and myself in each of our steps, we feel well supported at every step. When we have a question by email we get an answer fairly quickly. We are very satisfied.

One star since we are obliged to put one to post a notice. I have never seen thieves like that. The deplorable and cheeky service and hospitality go hand in hand. Over 10 years at home and not even able to change an address. Run away ! There is better elsewhere. Once the problems are resolved with them, I would leave with joy

Six months to obtain an account transfer from which I cannot obtain either the details of the operations or the explanations on the amount differ by more than € 1,500 from the last known statement. Taking customers hostage is outrageous to say the least. This way of treating customers is unacceptable. To flee !!!

Having to deal with this agency as part of the succession of my parents who were clients 40 years the staff does not even take care of sending a document to the headquarters and refuses to open an account on the pretext that I am not permanent resident (secondary residence). I am used to another quality of service in Belgium as well as at the Caissed’Epargne

Since the move to the new agency the service is just deplorable! I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have never known such a service, impossible to reach by telephone, mail sent from my space to my advisor who seems not to open them or have nothing to do with them. .bref agency to flee me I just changed agency and I finally found the service that I always knew.
