Having been working in real estate development for many years, I have never seen such an unprofessional agency – they don’t reply emails, don’t call back, even don’t have personal emails or phones, so you can’t get in touch with the specific real estate agent in personal… I wanted to buy the specific apartment in Apt and already had the money. So I just needed to get additional essential information about the general condition of property and some legal aspects and I was ready to book a flight to France and conclude preliminary agreement and transfer the deposit. But I could not get in touch with the real estate agent from this agency for more than one month – she did not reply to my emails, then the whole agency was on Christmas holidays for nearly 3 weeks. When I tried calling to office after those holidays, the real estate agent responsible for that apartment was never in office and her colleagues always promised that she would call back. But she never called. When after more than a month of waiting with money I my bank account I wrote email about their unprofessional behavior, agency invited me to visit the property in personal. So I took few days of holidays and decided to fly to France and make a viewing of the apartment. When I finally managed to call the real estate agent directly to book a viewing of the apartment, she said that the property is already sold, despite the fact that few days before the agency was inviting me to visit the property in personal and did not tell that there could be any other buyers. Thanks God that I hadn’t bought plane tickets and could cancel those holidays. But I lost two months of my time dealing with this amateurs agency. After this I can’t imagine how this agency still exists, because you can get completely tricked and lose your time, money and patience by dealing with them. So be careful, especially if you are foreigner.
