I hesitated to post a review because the shop managers eventually fixed the problem. Thank you to them, but I would have preferred it to be resolved (serious problem with the workforce) before my visit. But given the comments on Google, I was tempted. I came to change 2 tires and switch the tires from the back to the front. I ended up with a car with the on-board computer in English, the rear tires inflated to 3 bars instead of 2.4b max, the car's system indicated to me a reverse pressure between the front and the rear (impossible to rotate the tires on a qashqai apparently). While the car was being lifted, the car was partially resting on the sill (without a wedge) and apparently it didn't bother the youngster who took care of the tires (it was done for a priori) All this to finish paying a covid tax without them disinfecting the sensitive points. Indeed I really do not understand what happened in this garage, I often came to do my inspections but it is clear that I will not dare to bring my car back for any repairs. I didn’t ask for any particular discount because I believe the job should be done without damaging my car, no more and no less. Considering the time to change 2 tires and the risks, I will not go back. Too bad you have lost a customer.
