I have been a patient of Doctor Bourret for more than 10 years and yours for a few years ... and I would point out that in the space of 12 years in this practice I have never missed a single appointment and always punctual . The hygiene of your practice is not to question but rather your lack of punctuality each time ... I am in a good position to say it since I had 5 consecutive meetings at 9 a.m. so when the practice opened and each time you received me at 9.20 / 9.30 a.m. (before covid19) How can you do a good job 30 minutes late at the start of the day each time ??? the only solution is to rush your work to try to catch up. You left me with an unscrupulous toothache as the mistake came from your unfinished work ... The only star and for the secretary always listening.

In short, everything was bad, but it all ended well. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency. The covid protocol is good for safety but gives mothers a cold sweat for emergency dental care which must have a longer delay. Tooth saved by you good work and very serious
