Adventure Tours Depot Marseille

We booked a transfer trip with a Sunlight T67 from Marseille to Hamburg with Adventure Tours. We were not satisfied with the handling of the takeover and the condition of the mobile home (cleanliness, minor defects and previous damage). The vacation trip itself over France, Italy, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Germany was nice and we enjoyed the camper life in the off-season. There was space everywhere and we had very nice parking spaces. We particularly liked the region around the Verdon Gorge, Lake Garda and the Ötztal. With the return we had discrepancies, which were causally related to the bad delivery in Marseille. After some back and forth, the full repayment of the deposit and a partial refund of our rent could clarify the situation. Tip: Always add photos of all previous damage to the takeover report.
