I contacted the agency to get an opinion of value and its cost. They had to call me back and finally I did it .... On the phone, I was clearly told that if there is no sales mandate behind, they will not come to make a valuable opinion !!! (I specified that I had just lost my father and I did not yet know what my brother wanted to do). I've never seen that from an agency before. Pump money or nothing. Very bad experience
