20% of my deposit is still kept after 13 months I finished the contract. After several visitis, calls and emails, now they don't even reply to my emails. If not because the legal procedure is so slow and complicated in France, I will definitely sue them.

Attention this agency is to avoid absolutely because if you are a tenant, you will have no return and you will not be able to recover your deposit, (we are still waiting for our € 1000) as the owner management seems to be a disaster. We strongly advise against going through this agency

Very professional: excellent reception, attentive, pro-active, very good follow-up. What things should be "normal" for a service provider but unfortunately seem rather rare. So congratulations. It is very appreciable and it deserves to be encouraged because it clearly makes the difference.
