Pay attention to the announced deadline, especially if it is for a gift. I bought an oven on 12/6 with withdrawal on 12/19. On 12/18 we are called to inform us that the product will be 2 days late. We understand. 12/22 no news so we move (50km round trip), we are told that it arrives in Paris the next day so delivery on 12/24 or 12/26. In the end, no gift at the foot of the tree 😭😭😭 but a deposit of 240 € paid. The 26/12 evening no news. We move and there we are not told before 05/01. We are called once and then more news. We ask to see a person in charge refused because the product has not arrived .. and in addition we are told that maybe the product will never arrive .😭😭. Case to be continued.

I came to buy a dryer because mine was broken and the repair was expected to be high, the seller did not try to buy me one but directed me to Darty max which, for 9 € 99 per month, guarantees me free of charge the repair (or reimbursement) of all my large household appliances coming from their home but also of my purchases made elsewhere (in this case costs of 59 €). He was able to respond to my wish to limit waste, highlight this great new service which nevertheless brought in less than a sale. So my dryer will be repaired and this allows me to limit the costs.
