Printing service to improve. I came to print an A3 visual on thick paper, a lady at the reception directed me to the printers. She gives me directions but walks away and leaves me alone facing the machine. No support but no tutorials on the wall either! Result: 2 prints missed for error of tray or choice of paper, forced to return twice the staff to get the desired result. Then, at checkout, payment for failed prints (i.e. 2 times the initial price in my case), because yes, 2 incomplete advice for each staff helper to have to start over, but these are at the customer's expense (you understand this is self-service). The problem is not to pay 2 € more at the checkout, but if the staff remained to support customers on specific impressions, while guiding all the settings to be made to meet the customer's needs ( Barely 1min), the customer would not waste money or paper unnecessarily. Very poor customer service on this service. It's a shame and what a disappointment when leaving, hence the opinion, for it to improve. In the positive, I still come out with a decent print quality.

No one in the store but the seller prefers to continue to put away his boxes .... After a long time I use myself and at the checkout they make me some completely inappropriate thoughts .... Deplorable !!! One thing to remember, the parking lot !!! very practical and deserted .... we wonder why ??? Passage on December 24 in the morning

Friendly, helpful staff. Store not very pleasant but complete. Good location, accessible parking.

Purchase a printer, well advised overall. Problem of ink, that the salesmen helped us to regulate. Welcoming, friendly. Good products, a lot of choice, clean.
