With my husband, we went to this agency for a rental. An elderly lady made us stand for more than 10 minutes. When she finally received us, she was not wearing a mask, talked to us like crazy. The conversation lasted 5 minutes and kicked us out. It was when we left the agency that she put on a mask (no interest). We were very disappointed with this agency and told those around us not to set foot there.

No response or services during the 3 years of our lease following several emails, only contact during the inventory report going very well and puncturing us all that has not been done in the 3 years plus an exorbitant quote to repaint an unjustified wall

Former tenant; the deposit was returned to me 3 months late beyond the legal limit (which is already long). I note that I am charged 150 € for the replacement of a bent Picard staples (value 10 €). feeling of being deeply ripped off knowing that the staples were already broken and rusty when I arrived.
