I have known the salon for many years, always faithful and rarely disappointed with the men's haircut by Fabien. I have done a lot of salon before Fabien (considering my age), but he is the only one who knew how to find me a haircut according to the hair and what remains as hair over the years. I have been going to Coiffure Élégances for a little over 2 years and I have finally found THE hairdresser. Indeed, a super nice team in which the good atmosphere reigns, a professionalism with advanced techniques and in perpetual evolution. It is also personalized advice, a real enhancement with a good listening to our wishes while knowing how to give the desire to dare change. And finally, Fabien's touch of madness, which makes the show unique and makes each service a real pleasure. Thank you, don't change anything.

Absolutely disappointed! A friend recommended this salon to me, which according to her is a great brand, was by far a pleasant and professional experience. Let me explain because I do not give a negative evaluation without reason, our meeting (yes pcq we were two) was not even noted in their diary suddenly we arrive and we are told "you are sure you Didn't get the wrong hairdresser, "my mother laughs yellow (I don't need to comment). If I came to say to "the best hairdresser in Mayenne" it is not for nothing, I wanted a PLATINUM BLONDE and one answers me what "no but it is not possible miss" then there well clearly I cry pcq I had been waiting for this moment for a while (my birthday) I had all the same inquired about the subject and I knew that it was possible. I still showed photos to the hairdresser she tells me that she will see me better with a chestnut balayage (but that's not what I asked for at all !!), so I end up with half copper half blonde locks (a disaster), I am in full depression .. The atmosphere is to be reviewed, my god the eyes of the customers will always mark me, the boss constantly makes reflections to his employees with a false touch of humor which is very hurtful (in their place I will already have left crying). Anyway, my mother still had a good color and cut with Kristelle, the only nice hairdresser and who is for me the most important LISTENING. If I come for a haircut, it's not to leave with what the hairdresser decides to do! The hairdresser is to relax, to get a new skin but now I don't want to tear my hair out.

A real hair experience! Warm welcome by Fabien and his team, nothing was too much trouble for me. I had the chance to have a very good diagnosis for my hair, an adapted care and a perfect cut. Fabien took into account my requests while sublimating my hair, he is a real hair artist! I am more than delighted, I highly recommend and would go back with my eyes closed.
