I traveled 150 km to submit an APL file for my companion in EHPAD in St Saturnin de Limet because he has Alzheimer's disease. checked on your site if you were open (no problem open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday) surprise the doors closed due to COVID19. Please update your site to avoid additional costs plus parking (15 € is a flight for 2 hours) Not to mention that I am 73 years old a little retirement and you are forcing me to drive so much and spend so much money on a service you do not provide !!!!!!! Inadmissible from a public service paid by our taxes !!!!!!

Processing of files that take several months without any response to our questions by email as well. Shameful telephone service too.

Very competent public service in Mayenne Fast processing times.

For an administration whose main mission is to inform people. The phone reception is very unpleasant, not at all kindness and friendliness. We have the impression of disturbing. Being new in the department, the welcome welcome is not terrible.

Too bad we can't put 0 stars !! Deplorable telephone service to be polite !!!!
