Disappointing experience... Took an appointment in advance for a simple haircut and ended up waiting more than an 1hr. On top of that when my turn came, the hair stylist was in such a rush to finish with my hair that she hardly paid any attention. Only because the staff was friendly and accomodating to English speakers, I have 2 stars!

Quite mixed, good reception certainly but not top performance. This is the first time in my life that I have been shampooed without conditioner after one. And that we leave shampoo on the hair as a conditioner. In short, the smoothing was done well enough but rather silent hairdresser so not very user-friendly. I saw better
