At first glance, 2 stars may sound bad but let me explain. Yes it is very clean, very pretty, it makes a cozy cocoon. So mission succeeded on this subject. The people working there are lovely. On the other hand, paid 250th for an eyelash extension break and it does not last is unacceptable. I had to go back the next week, a lady gave me someone for free (yes they are nice) Except that it still hasn't held up. But rest assured, I am not to blame. I have followed the maintenance instructions to the letter, since this is not the first time that I have done so So I called the show back, after coming the 2nd time, and I was given an email and a phone number of a manager who could take my complaint into account. Email? A joke No one responds despite reminders (before and during the covid) And the phone number, same, no answer, no one answered me or called me back. When I called back the show I was clearly made to understand that it was no longer their responsibility So if I recap 250th for a service which did not hold, and no return of the seat or other. I hear that their incredible location and unprecedented reputation means they don't have to deal with 'little clients' but I still find that abused and pitiful. In short, go there to have your eyebrows plucked, but be careful it's tweezers and don't do anything that needs a break or whatever.
