Worst service ever. Booked a car online, and went to the shop to pick it up. It was closed and their phone customer service made us for 20 minutes before hanging up on us. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
There was a bit of a line while we were picking up the car, but the guy who helped us was friendly and awesome. Have a good attitude and it will be reciprocated. Helps to show off your french if you picked any up in the city.
Meh. Service was good when the staff was present. We visited twice when nobody was there during normal business hours.
Really nice service. The guy at reception was very helpful. Would recommend
