Following my last experience, I will no longer use Toosla. Despite a previous very positive opinion, and following the release of its V2, Toosla's quality of service has clearly deteriorated. For my last rental I wanted to have the concierge option, a person who drops off and picks up the vehicle at the desired location. Despite several confirmation that I was taken into account, I was unable to benefit from this service, neither on the way there nor on the return. This combined with concerns about unlocking the vehicle tested my patience.
What a shame
Very happy with Toosla, I rented a nice Mercedes to go for the weekend and really enjoyed using my phone to open the car. I recommend.
Very good experience, impeccable car.
I rent a car at home they took me more mileage while I do not exceed the extra kilometers so far they still do not pay me I call them every day before I recommend much toosla now I do not recommend !!
