Parking Indigo Paris Saint-Sulpice

We got robed in the parking house and nobody did care when we were looking for help. No working staff, just a button to call the central. It took a very long time until we could talk to someone on the maschine. There was next to our car a video camera in perfect position, but they didn’t want to check the video. When we asked for a contact person or phone number they said: “we can’t give you want you want, our supervisor will check and contact you by email”. Now it’s been a while and we left France and we didn’t receive any message so far. Even the police didn’t want to come, they said we have to go to the police station to make our statement. It seemed to be very normal that foreign cars get robed in parkin houses in Paris, unfortunately very sad. Besides this, the parking lots are very small. We cannot recommend this parking house, especially when you have a car from another country. The thief’s are probably waiting for foreigners...
