Very good experience with very friendly and available staff during vehicle recovery (Mercedes Class A). No problem during my rental, only happiness ... I want to make the process of publishing an opinion, which I never do usually, as I found that the reception and the desire to satisfy the customer were of an exceptional level in this agency. The young man in charge of this rental is impeccable, friendly and warm, I had difficulties with my credit card to leave a deposit and he stayed almost 30 minutes after the closure of the agency for me leave time to find a solution. Very professional service. The welcome is pleasant, I rented a utility for my move everything went very well. A lot of material is available (hand truck, strap ...). Too bad there was no umbrella we had to do the initial condition in the rain.
