Primelec Service

Primelec came to my home as part of the Campa after-sales service. After replacing my heater, we realized that the problem was with the initial installation (carried out by another company a few months ago). Mr. Tata came back to my house to fix the problem when it was no longer part of his initial mission! A big thank you to him for his assistance, his availability and his professionalism.

If I could put zero, I would put zero !! We called on these professionals to change a boiler and the worker simply damaged our interior! Tiles burned with a blowtorch, traces of burns on the walls, with a gaping hole in the wall that overlooked our entrance. Added to that the unlimited bad faith of the manager of this box (the collaborator of Mr. TATA whose name I forgot) who denied without embarrassment all the facts that I reported to him! In short, in addition to being incompetent, these professionals are of bad faith, as much to tell you that if you can avoid making a financial commitment with unreliable people, I advise you to avoid. There are surely other better quality businesses in the neighborhood and I would have preferred to come across them directly. Regards,

I was redirected to this company by EDF for the replacement of my electrical panel. The salesperson gave me good advice and my help guided my choices. The price is fair. I recommend.

As promised for the quality of the service here is a small comment from my experience with this company. This is the second experience and I am still very satisfied. I bought and had a hot air curtain installed in my store. Very good value for money. Mr. Tata is attentive to our needs and advised us on the purchase and installation of our hot air curtain. The only negative point is the somewhat long waiting time between order and installation (1 week)

I did replace my hot water tank. Work very professional like my previous experience. I highly recommend. Thanks again !
