Mr couli beef I do not seek in any way to find "responsible" and I find this inadmissible because, not only, it is not part of the "process of my mourning", very fortunately, but in addition, I receive an answer where the lack of he flagrant objectivity and impartiality in your answer is totally misplaced or even disrespectful. What gives you the right to say such things? if I had to "make this clinic responsible" for death, I quote "my unhappy little cat", I would have already filed a complaint because I have a lot of such and written evidence in my possession. My cat was awaiting her results and in severe respiratory distress due to the wait. Is this underlined in your answer? Nothing. Take a judgmental standpoint and simply dwell on the discussions with the manager of this establishment who was on vacation and who did not even follow the animal? At no time, and regardless of the status, nobody has the right to accuse an owner of blaming the "professional" nickname. I simply related concrete and anomalous facts and that's why you chose this profession, I guess and I hope. Unfortunately I doubt it. I simply stressed the fact that in an emergency, we do not let an animal die (whatever the end). In this case, we do not improvise an emergency clinic open 24 hours a day, especially when there is an appointment. I received very contradictory comments and obviously I am within my rights. When the night nurse tells me that the vets are only on tour in the morning and that the next day another tells me the opposite ... That the speeches are not the same for drugs or food, it is rather shocking. When we take an appointment at 4 p.m. it is absolutely abnormal to receive us almost 2 hours later. Did you have access to surveillance cameras? Nobody reacted. Whatever the purpose, an appointment must be honored and an emergency is an emergency. I pay for it. At no time do you mention my deleted review on Google. Which is absolutely not normal, and neither is your response. I have phone records where all the speeches are contradictory. Blame me for blaming professional nicknames because "being in mourning" is not very neutral on your part. See grotesque. The meeting was URGENT and the goal was simply to alleviate the cat's suffering and not to increase it. In this case, that this clinic does not put forward responsiveness to emergencies if it does not already honor its appointments with urgency specified in advance. The goal was simply to relieve the animal without putting it through all of this. My cat was waiting for his results. When I called the evening of his deposit at this clinic, he had been told of a stable condition. However, I have been lied to several times and I would not come back on it. The goal of my approach is not what you judge without objectivity, but to raise awareness that we must react to all animals in a state of emergency. At no time did you try to join me and obviously you stopped at the only conversation with Ms. Pasquet, who is also on vacation and who was not present that day. If being part of the order of the Council of Veterinarians is simply to call the veterinarian in question (who did not even take care of the cat and who was also on vacation) and stop at that in me accusing them of "looking for those responsible", but I seriously doubt why you chose to be part of this order. At no time do you provide a precise answer to specific problems and you respond by taking sides without any neutrality and without even trying to contact me. In the future, I would avoid. I would contact the competent authorities directly and I would avoid free misery to the animals. That's the goal, help the animals.

Having graduated since 1976, I am registered with the Order of Veterinarians who does a remarkable job and accompanies the life of our profession by ensuring the application of the code of ethics but also evolving with our society. The confreres elected by all registered veterinarians do the work with great dedication and impartiality in disciplinary matters. A big thank you to them all.

Mrs I am informed that you have seen fit to complain on the Internet of the lack of response to your complaint of 02/07/2018. As of 05/07/2018, we interviewed the veterinarian that you are questioning, and we informed you of this step. To date, we have not received a response from the veterinarian, and we are relaunching it. May be the time of summer vacation, where all the teams that continue to provide care for patients instead of going on vacation are overwhelmed, she explains the lack of response. Rather than splashing on Google, you probably would have had better initiative by rewriting us to ask for news of this issue. I will not fail to keep you informed of the veterinarian's response. best regards

The order is supposed to represent the entire profession, especially in the event of litigation between veterinarians and animal owners (see previous comments). In our case (care provided without an agreement or signed estimate), the Order nevertheless defended the veterinarian, refusing to answer many of our questions. They even got to telling us that it was up to us to pay for an additional consultation if we didn't agree ... So 1 star because for me, if the Order endorses such acts then they are useless, except maybe help their vets to make more money. PS: the reception of the Office was very pleasant, it's true!
