I called them in an emergency, I was on the street after a theft of keys, with in addition a flood from the neighbors. They had a construction site but in front of my panic, they gave up everything to help me out! The repairs are Top, the Technician was polite and respectful, he took incredible care despite the emergency. Thanks again 1000 times! I warmly RECOMMEND them !!

Appointment taken with the technician: he announces a clogging machine that seems very unlikely, I tell him but looking sure of him. He says he does not have the equipment to handle and will have to come back. Appointment taken but repulsed twice by Royal Built. The technician ended up coming back, announces me sue it is certainly not a mouthful but tries to sell me an interview with the ferret apparently necessary every 6 years ... I refuse ... they obviously took me for a pigeon At the word. thank you goodbye
