Order placed and received Some unforeseen events with COVID but the company has shown itself to be cooperative and flexible to achieve a satisfactory result

LAMENTABLE! I strongly advise against. If you fancy waiting for a technician who is supposed to come by between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and is still not there by 2 p.m., call EMGE! after 3 calls to the switchboard, I am told that the technician "forgot" to tell me and that he will not come by. So I put my day down for nothing! The height of the story, I am told that the technician will drop by the next day at 8 am, before all his other interventions, I give it to you in a thousand, no one shows up! Standard which opens at 9 am of course TO FLEE !!

I sincerely thank the EMGE company, because I had a problem with the lock and secure door at my point of sale, I called on a Saturday morning, the teams were extremely professional. Thank you for your troubleshooting in addition to your advice. I highly recommend
