Outstanding service. I spoke with a young woman, Aline, who was extremely pleasant and patient with my terrible pronunciation and predicament. I was calling from the states to have an order expedited for a special occasion and they were able to process my order very quickly, verify next day delivery, and write a special note along with it. I would highly recommend this business!

I was given incredible service at this florist, and reasonable prices. They had all sorts of lovely arrangements, from massive, decadent bouquets to tiny 9 euro pots of roses. I bought a single heirloom rose. It was bursting with scent; it smelled so much better than the usual scentless roses you get at your typical florist. I was very impressed. Even with the hectic Christmas Eve rush, the ladies at the shop had time to help me out. They wrapped the rose carefully and threw in a free yellow rose as a Christmas present, with a cheerful "Joyeux Noel!" Friendly service with a smile is hard to come by in Paris. Au Nom de la Rose was a pleasure to shop at. Any time I need a florist in Paris, they're the ones I'll go to.

Bouquet very pretty as usual but still always disastrous home. My 5-year-olds say hello when they talk to someone. Here, the saleswoman showed me very clearly that her work did not interest her, let alone the customers. At the first question I had the right to unpleasant looks, sighs and useless answers. I will not come back, that's for sure.
