Bouquets de saison

The loveliest flowers, with unfortunately the most mean spirited florist you will ever meet. After seventeen years of buying every bouquet for every birthday, for every dinner party with this ‘lady’ I went there today on behalf of an overseas friend to ask if they could order by phone for a friend in paris who had suffered a bereavement. Minimum order 100 euros so she would deliver. Ok, compris, très bien. Then I asked if I could take some photos to show my friend in NY what was in the shop currently. ‘Non, ON ne fait pas de photos ici’ was her reply. Ok Madame, can I call them on FaceTime and show what you have in stock? Non, you can go online and see them there’. (Online website has flowers from throughout the year - and no indication of what’s in season now and certainly not what’s in her boutique.). ‘Ok, so I understand you are prepared to lose a seventeen years faithful client along with another client in NYC because you won’t allow me to show the flowers by FaceTime? ‘ Madame, il y a des grands thèmes ....’ ‘Yes, and my friend would like to choose the flowers personally for their friend and not just deliver someone else’s ideas of a ‘grand theme’. She just looked at me. I left. BRAVO MADAME POUR VOTRE SENS DE FIDÉLITÉ À DES CLIENTS FIDÈLES. APPARENTLY YOU DON’T NEED OR CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE BUDGET FOR THE FLOWERS FOR THE RELAIS ST. GERMAIN. IT TAKES A LOT FOR ME TO BE THIS DISGUSTED AND WRITE A REVIEW LIKE THIS. ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT YOUR SERVICE AND LOYALTY IS WOW!
