Very beautiful bouquet but catastrophic delivery! 5 hours of delivery time and impossible to receive flowers. I had registered several months ago and had stopped for this problem. Several months later I try again because beautiful bouquets that are good and the same! I do not understand how a marketing service may not solve this problem !!! Extremely unfortunate because the price we pay also includes this delivery service !!

Catastrophic services. I took a subscription with 25% on the first 4 bouquets. The discount was applied on the 1st and not on the other 2 bouquets that followed. I had notified for the 2nd and I am told that it will not happen on the 3rd. Unfortunately, still no discount. I am told that in the end, everything was credited in my account BLOMOON. While it was not agreed. I asked for a direct refund on my account but it was refused me. So I prefer to stop everything and not use the 19 € it remains to have to again deal with them ...
