Awful customer service: I walked into boutique both of staff saw me, however no one approached me to offer assistance. I had to wait alone in the middle of the boutique for at least 10 minutes, meanwhile the staff was at the back office. At the end the flowers proposed were faded and no decoration or further suggestions offered. I guess the person was in a hurry to have lunch ... disappointing !

Bad experience at no time did I feel my need considered! The young saleswoman just wanted to know my budget and nothing else it was very unpleasant knowing that it was a gift for someone who matters a lot. Disappointed.

It is always nice to Go past this shop. The implementation of the different plants and flowers is a feast for the eyes. Harmony of colors of shapes. It is really arranged with taste and care. Inside, the shop is small, but well stocked. The staff are smiling. The only downside and not the least, it's very very expensive ...

Very satisfied ! The service is excellent, very good value for money. Delivery time respected. A team of professionals. I highly recommend Paris Fleuri!
