Very disappointed not professional at all ...
Sexist staff / at the checkout, an employee said to me, taking the tow that I bought: "Is it cute, is it to make additions?" (By putting the tow close to her hair, like a braid).
It is really sad to see that certain circles have not evolved for 50 years. Hoping that this message will make the recipient think.
Staff available and attentive to its customers, advice and a frank sympathy bonus.
