I don't usually leave reviews for any places. But I had to to stop people visiting this store. The owner charged me 4-6 times higher prices compared to the similar stores near by. For small metal objects smaller than 5cm, he said it is Louis IV detail and charged me 45 euro for 1 pc, and When I went to other hardware store the same detail (made in France) was less than 10 euro. The store is such a ripoff if you are not a local, and he mocked me when I spoke English to him.

Curious shop, indeed. We are received by a person who seems to know everything about locksmithing but who especially appreciates the customer who pays .... Coming from the provinces to try to find a (simple) key for an old piece of furniture (the old key, which I had with me, was worn, not recoverable according to the person who received me), I was told that it took 24 hours at least to do it. The next day I had, indeed, the key and the lock worked while still hanging a little, as recognized by the seller. A few days later, I show the old key to a friend: he adds a bit of solder and a grinding wheel on it, cost of the operation a few minutes and it works as well if not better than the new one. Ah, I forgot the invoice: more than 80 euros including tax ... When I asked for explanations, I was told that it was .... the workforce .... I would love to work because wages have to be wonderful ... I will talk about it to consumer associations because by reading the other reviews I see that I am not the only one to be tricked into the prices.

I wanted to thank the person who "welcomed" us and "informed", thanks to him I have rejuvenated a few years, it was a long time since I had not been sent for a walk with so much momentum. However, we followed his advice and we turned to mass distribution, namely, the BHV !!! The sellers are devoted to it and have a certain sympathy capital. From hardware to name, we welcome wallets well stocked more than customers.

The shop looks perfect for finding nice handles, door knobs etc but the schedules are not at all up to date so I could not get in ...
