Extremely unpleasant experience today (11/07/20) at your shop. I went in hoping to find out more information about the possibilities your shop and brand offers and to buy a pair of fivefingers and furoshiki shoes. After a few moments of waiting to be helped (because of the virus there are notes everywhere saying ‘don’t touch anything, we will help you’), I went over to the back of the shop to ask the sales assistant for help myself. I was standing in front of him for a very awkward minute of silence and he did not even raise his head to greet me or offer me any help. He finally looked up, gave me a very awkward ‘Bonjour’ and looked at me as if I was bothering him. I said I would like to try some things etc and he reluctantly stood up and came to my ‘help’. The furoshiki shoe I wanted was not available in my size, but before I could ask him about the fivefingers he had already gone back to the back of the shop, making it very clear he was in no mood to be of assistance. I called a few questions out to the back to ask if I could use certain models for hiking/trail running, and all I got was ‘those are for in the water’, without any further explanation of which model would suit my needs. I then decided to leave the shop, even though I was ready to spend money on at least 3 or 4 pairs of shoes. I would have also loved to find out a bit more information about your products and the possibilities of getting new soles put on my own shoes. But I left without anything, no shoes, no information about the product or brand and still no idea on how the shop functions if I need something fixed. And most of all, I left with the feeling I was bothering someone that is supposed to be getting paid to help people, and an extremely disappointed view of a brand I have held high and have bought from before.

Non-commercial welcome by a young man today. Instead of refusing to take charge directly and professionally with explanation, he beat around the bush and finally let me make the decision to give up because he took me from high. When we say that traders are happy to find us after confinement ... this is not valid for everyone.
