Positive: good variety of choice in products. Very negative: I was harassed by one the security guards who kept following me all the way to the till and checked my bag more than once. He was also very cocky about the whole thing and did not offer any apologies. It's not a great feeling to be treated like a criminal when doing grocery shopping just because of the way you look! This shop has to do some serious work on their discrimination policies!

Variety of products is good.

I have been going there for several years. Overall a good neighborhood store. But some points could be improved. I find that the "customer journey" is not optimal at all. The checkouts are right in the middle of the store. How many times, after paying for my groceries, have I found myself in front of an interesting product on the way out. But too late, you don't want to queue up again. I also very much regret the magazine space at the exit (which had no competition in the neighborhood. Impossible to find magazines in the area ...). Today I don't even pay attention to what is presented there, especially since as said above, I have already paid for my shopping when I pass in front of this department. In addition, I think that we should have an automatic reduction when we use the automatic checkouts (which are bad news for the checkout staff by the way). After all we suddenly do the job for them! And it's rare to see more than one or two traditional crates open. When we do not have access to the delivery checkout or priority we find ourselves in the queue when they are empty. I never understood this organization. But beyond that the store is quite well stocked, rather clean. The prices are ... monoprix prices, so not the best. And last thing, in the fruit / vegetable department, sometimes the display does not correspond to what is presented. But overall I do my shopping there without displeasure.
