Avoid for a year! Note that the packages come from Estonia. Don't ask me why, but also far away. The boxes contain less and less products. Christmas Box 2020: 3 ridiculous little toys, I wonder if these are objects for cats or for a limited tree, 2 packets of treats only ... In 2019 we had several toys, more treats and a care for the cat. So the price is going up, the quality is going down, and the products are now arriving from eastern countries.

! ! Scam! ! I ordered a box on November 13th, it was indicated that I should receive it between the 15th and the 25th. On November 27, with no news, I tried to call customer service on numerous occasions, with no response. So I send an email explaining my situation. They tell me that every order placed after the 10th of the month, the order arrives between the 15th and the 25th but of next month (which was not indicated during the subscription). They also tell me that the debit begins on the 1st day of the month where we receive the box (in my case the first debit would therefore have taken place on December 1st), however, I was withdrawn on the same day of my subscription either November 13. So I had to object and block my card. I hope that my experience with MiaouBox can save you time and money.

Always a pleasure and a surprise to receive the box. When they see it, our tomcats have only one desire, it is to discover what is hidden inside. Everything is there for them to enjoy, play, take care of themselves and take advantage of the small equipment. With themes throughout the year, and all that, at a very affordable price ... to spoil our furballs

I had an offer over a year ago, with 3 boxes for the price of one (private sale I think). I tested, I found it funny but the price without promotion was impossible for me. However, it has been two times that I have received texts from Miaoubox that they have registered my request to reactivate subscription, while I have not requested anything at all. I haven't been to their site for months! I must therefore respond within 48 hours so as not to be taken. This is theft ! For my part, I removed all my card information from their site and warned my bank to prevent their company from being charged. So be careful, they take your banking information for offers and resubscribe you as they please.
