Looks like it’s been taken over by new management. They have stopped selling their lovely home made products. No point in going back. That was the whole point.

Very poor customer service. My luggage was missing so I went there to get a shampoo (14€) didn't know there were cheaper in the market near by. My luggage arrived later that day therefore I didn't use the shampoo, However the lady didn't want to refund my money back, only store credit ( so I would've end up paying more money). Didn't get anything else, walked out with a useless shampoo. Not people friendly, definitely NOT a tourist friendly either.

Nice place, Saint germain des prés way of life, they make their own natural beauty products, i recommandé this place
