I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. This company, to cite a few examples of abusing the mother's trust, who when they passed was alone, obviously in their opinion, a change of boiler was necessary. The boiler sold does not correspond to our house, it can heat a house much larger than ours in order to inflate its estimate. Speaking of this quote, this is a "pack" without details of the unit prices of the services. Services that have not all been performed. Regarding the installation, on its first pass the boiler hood did not close and a blower and knocking noise was heard in the radiators Then the galley of reachability began. This gentleman was supposed to come by 6 p.m. to fix the hood, we had to call repeatedly until 10 p.m. to find out he wasn't going, and the gentleman was unhappy that we were unhappy. After its second pass, the hood was still not repaired, we had to call an elm Leblanc repairer, who noticed a shoddy job with wires patched up with tape. I also point out that VAT was charged 10% instead of 5.5% And finally I will finish that this company calls itself RGE so that some customers like us can benefit from help, it was a commercial argument, here is a year after that we are still waiting for invoices with this famous logo. In short, TO FIRE! I am not a fake account as you claim with every one of your negative comments.
