Troubleshooting Service Gas

We called for a maintenance contract, which ultimately failed because a part was supposedly defective. They gave us an unusually high quote (over € 400) including purchase of the part and installation and we asked if it was possible to buy the part from our side and that they install it. We took the time to calculate together and they agreed. Once the part has been received (barely 100 €!), They refuse to install it and after having expressed their previous agreement, total refusal and they hang up on us twice even though we were perfectly cordial (by saying proof of a lot of mastery). This is how we are rewarded for not giving in to their little deception ...

To be avoided absolutely, travels 2 minutes to say that it is not his responsibility, and collects the 66 € of travel.

A person with a strong smell of alcohol spends 2 hours in your apartment doing nothing at all and in the end declaring themselves incompetent and not touching anything.

The company Saunier Duval unfortunately advises this company for the maintenance of their boilers. So I called on them for maintenance and a subscription. The subscription costs 140 euros for around 10 minutes of cleaning, watch in hand. After having done painting work I passed behind them to continue cleaning the person of the company who refused to stay beyond 10 min and this after having made them come for 15 years. Recently the expansion tank dropped, so I called to bring them in, having always called on them. The estimate to change the vase and the valve amounted to € 472 + € 100 of work. Or 572 €. I found it huge so I searched the internet for the vase and the valve at a price of € 140. He therefore charges 4 times the price. Finally I contacted another Saunier Duval certified plumber who did the same work for 280 € including travel and repair. So flee this business, they are thieves
