I reported to this police station about my stolen phone, the policeman looks doesn't care at all. he only write down what i fill in the form without asking anything furthur question or try to see how to help me. When I arrive home I realise my phone's address appears in the "find my phone", I called them to ask them take any action, or at least update my compliant form. They rejected and admit they are useless.
Offices are very nice and helpful. We needed to make a police report because of a pickpocket and the process was very fast.20 min.
Pathetic. Attempted police report twice with their tablets, both times failed. Filled out hard copy of same paperwork and stood around for 20 minutes while they performed what seemed like a shift change. Then we were told to wait over in the corner. We waited for over 30 minutes while they watched videos on their phones and jokes around before we were asked for an email. We gave them our email and they asked us to check it and when an email was present they told us to leave. Like I said, pathetic, glad I'm not French
