Police Station in the 9th district

I went to this police station to post a theft report. I knew that there is nothing that they can do, because there are hundreds of pickpockets every day in paris. I only needed a notification that I was at the station to get a duplicate driver's license in Austria and to regulate other things like the procurement of credit cards. I went there in the middle of the night, because the incident happend late. They wasen't able to give me the notification. They were so incompetent. It was also hard to communicate. Even the simplest English words were difficult for employees. I had a friend with me who speaks french. They said we got a tablet and then we can enter all the data to get a theft report. We waited about an hour before we were told that they couldn't. They told us to go to another police station. As I said it was in the middle of the night! The next day I was in the police station in the 4th district. Everything was done there within 20 minutes. The officer only knew a little English, which is a shame in a tourist town. In Austria we have C1 level after completing high school. The police officers do not have to conduct difficult debates, but they should be familiar with technical terms from their area. I myself work in a service profession and I also have to deal with English-speaking clients every day. The police station in the 2nd district is absolutely not recommended. In addition to the incompetence, the employees also looked as if they simply did not want to work. Go to the one in the 4th district. I hereby appreciate the Austrian police officers.

My wallet was stolen in the metro. I wanted to make a report. They send me away saying I should make it next day. Bad work.

The worst police work I have ever seen!!! Total ignore from tourists who being robbed, of them were sick and one was a child below the age of 12. Is this the true face of the true face of the frace law enforcement forces?
