After our car was broken into we managed to find our way into the very dingy basement booking area with no real assistance or signage. Took our passport and asked to sit in the only area which included handcuffed people being processed. After over half an hour we asked and were told an hour more. It was gross enough I didn't want to even sit. We gave up and left. People, both police and prisoners, were nice.
Excellent service
Policemen there are freiendly but waited too long to file a complaint. Police even made typing errors in the report a few times. Try to avoid going to this police station if possible...

Following an online pre-complaint (my first), I was called back in less than an hour by a very polite lady, attentive, and who was able to redirect me to the competent court.
