I contacted the company at Ciel Ouvert for an installation of 3 VELUX in July 2019 - they had to be paid within 48 hours to validate the quote and an installation date. I did, anyway. The problems started in March 2020 - Stains that will appear on my ceiling - velux motor that no longer opens. I report in March 2020 - relaunches the company every 15 days - no response to emails - on the phone I am told that I will be called back in vain. So I bring in a VELUX repairer in September approved - who tells me that I cannot take care of it because it is not the product that is defective but the installation. He sends them his report and tries to reach them in vain. Likewise on my side, I manage to obtain the number of the CEO M GROSEIL, who does not even deign to call me back, nothing has changed since despite my voice message and email. An open gives me appointments each week that it then cancels for multiple reasons (order error, inventory, vehicle theft ...) You will understand that it is necessary to flee this company: to pay them you have 48 hours for an after-sales service and allow you to be able to ventilate your house after 10 months still nothing. I am going to seize the consumer union today as well as a lawyer in litigation law.If you are in the same case as me do not hesitate to contact me.
